Quinoa is a seed that can be cooked and prepared in the same way as a wholegrain. Quinoa is a great addition to your diet with almost twice as much fibre as most other grains. Quinoa comes in a variety of colours including black, red and white. They all have their own special flavour, discover your favourite!
